Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act (WWFT)
Cryptocurrency Service Provider Register Since May 21, 2020, cryptocurrency service providers are supervised by De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) and must be registered in DNB's public register. They must prove compliance with anti-money laundering and sanction regulations.
Customer Due Diligence
We only work with exchanges that comply with KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations and are either registered or officially exempt. As we provide only administrative software through API connections with these exchanges, we do not conduct individual customer due diligence.
Reporting Obligation
We immediately notify the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) of suspected criminal financial activity and provide requested relevant information.
